The chemical withdrawal systems from AS Stroemungstechnik are widely used in most of the semiconductor fabs in Europe (e.g. AMD, Infineon,  Philips, Quimonda, ST Micro, X-Fab). They are used by many high purity chemical manufacturers. The key-coding system itself has been developped and patented by Honeywell.
