The chemical withdrawal systems from AS Stroemungstechnik are
widely used in most of the semiconductor fabs in Europe (e.g.
AMD,
Infineon, Philips, ST). The two biggest chemical manufacturers
for Electronic Chemicals (Merck EC & Honeywell (Allied Signals))
are using these systems for many of their high-purity chemicals. The
key-coding system itself has been developped and patented by Honeywell.
