Dusemund Pte Ltd
Dusemund Pte Ltd provides
technical consultancy
for chemical processes, materials and analytics especially regarding
chemical delivery and blending systems, high purity chemicals, semiconductor
and flat panel display manufacturing processes and offers products from
selected European companies in South East Asia, along with the application
support for these products. These are instruments for process control by
viscosity, density, sound velocity and other sensors and analytical equipment
for laboratories like rheometer and lab equipment. We also provide chemical
withdrawal systems for high purity chemicals, wafer handling systems and
products for micro-reaction technology and do consultancy in the field of
semiconductor manufacturing (wet processes, chemical distribution systems
and high purity materials).

Merck EC Singapore
Project manager and “senior technical advisor”
in Singapore; process and technology advisor in chemical issues on customer’s
and Merck’s production sites (e.g. start-up support for our on-site service
team at (award from Silterra semiconductors
), head of the new department of product management (since March 2002)
Typical tasks were: technical & process
support for customers and our sales; co-ordinate trouble shooting tasks
with production, lab and customers; chemical-technical support to our project
engineers of the new production sites in Singapore and Malaysia during construction
phase; helping Merck’s production to implement production facilities for
new product launches; design and implementation of customised technical solutions
for chemical supply, e.g. pump skids for chemical qualifications, bulk
distribution systems, packaging etc.. E,g.: design and quotation for a
bulk distribution system for a semiconductor customer to supply 5 fabs with
3 bulk chemicals (project became not realized).
2002: Head of product management to establish
this new department, we launched a number of new, locally produced products.
Beside of some several purity products (e.g. H2SO4), we started the local
production of a number of etching mixtures and are trying to find flexible,
suitable solutions for special customer requirements. The PM tasks is to
interface between sale & marketing, production, lab and QA to find practical,
realistic solutions for the customers and to establish the product documentation
